Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Cuvazuxut for auto service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All services are provided at our facility located at Äußere Sulzbacher Straße 13, 90491 Nürnberg, Deutschland.

2. Service Scope & Warranty

We provide transmission and motor diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services. Work completed includes a 12-month warranty on parts and labor, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

3. Liability & Limitations

Cuvazuxut is not liable for damages resulting from:

• Customer-provided instructions that conflict with manufacturer specifications
• Pre-existing vehicle conditions not discovered during inspection
• Use of vehicle immediately after service without proper testing

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to appointment are refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge. No refunds for completed work unless due to service failure.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

Your personal data is collected only for service delivery and communication purposes. We comply with GDPR regulations and do not share your data with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All diagnostic reports, repair documentation, and service recommendations remain our property but are provided for your vehicle records.

8. Modifications

Cuvazuxut reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law and the courts of Nürnberg have jurisdiction.
